Accepted Payment Methods
On Spot Silver, LLC accepts the following forms of payment:
- Bank Wire Transfer (preferred for large orders)
- ACH Transfer (U.S. customers only)
- Credit and Debit Cards (subject to limits and processing fees)
- Cashier’s Check or Money Order
Payment Timing
- Payment is due at the time of order confirmation.
- Orders are considered price-locked only after payment is received and verified.
- Orders not paid within 24–48 hours may be canceled or repriced based on current market conditions.
Pricing & Market Volatility
- All prices are based on live precious metals market rates.
- Once payment is confirmed, the price is locked and final.
- Unpaid orders are subject to price changes without notice.
Credit & Debit Card Payments
- Card payments will include a processing fee.
- Additional identity verification may be required.
- Transactions flagged as high risk may be declined or refunded at our discretion.
Returned or Failed Payments
- Returned checks or failed ACH transactions will incur a processing fee.
- Customers are responsible for any market losses incurred due to payment failure or delay.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders canceled after price lock are subject to:
- Market loss fees if the value of silver declines
- A minimum cancellation fee of $35
- If market prices rise, the original locked price remains binding.
Fraud Prevention & Verification
To protect our customers and business, we may require:
- Government-issued identification
- Proof of billing address
- Additional verification for high-value transactions
Orders suspected of fraud may be delayed, canceled, or refunded.
Refund Policy
- All bullion sales are final once payment is processed.
- Refunds are only issued in cases of:
- Verified non-delivery
- Inventory or fulfillment errors
- Approved order cancellations (subject to applicable fees)
Chargebacks & Disputes
- Unauthorized chargebacks will be actively contested.
- Customers initiating fraudulent disputes may be:
- Restricted from future purchases
- Subject to legal action where applicable
Shipping & Payment Clearance
Orders are shipped only after full payment has cleared:
- Wire Transfers: Typically same or next business day
- ACH Transfers: 3–5 business days
- Checks/Money Orders: Up to 10 business days
Shipping timelines begin after payment clearance, not at order placement. Signature required for delivery.
Compliance
On Spot Silver, LLC complies with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. Certain transactions may be subject to reporting in accordance with federal regulations.
